How is the value worked out?

VEQRO checks what similar cars are advertised for in South Africa right now, then adjusts for the year and mileage you give it. It is a guide built from current asking prices, not a trade-in offer or a book value. When there are only a few listings, VEQRO says so.

It picked the wrong car

Tap Wrong car? on the result to try again or tell VEQRO what it is. Side views are hardest: a photo of the front or back, with the badge showing, works best.

The year or kilowatts look wrong

Tap Exact year + km and choose the car’s real year. VEQRO re-prices it and updates the specifications for that year.

Is the asking price fair?

Tap Is the price fair? on a result and enter the asking price, or use Listing to check an advert link or screenshot.

Saved cars

Tap Save car on any result. Saved cars are kept only on your phone or in your browser, so they don’t move between devices and are removed if you delete the app.

“You’ve reached today’s limit”

New scans are limited per day to keep VEQRO free. Cars you’ve already checked still work, and the limit resets at midnight.

Privacy

No account, no sign-up, and photos are not kept. Read the privacy page and the terms of use.
